Summer months (June–August) are hot, so we offer early morning or sunset picnics with cooling mist systems—prices remain the same year-round. We accommodate everything from intimate 2-person proposals to large group celebrations of up to 50 guests in select venues. Minimum guest count is 2 for picnics and proposals. For bachelorette parties, we recommend a minimum of 6 guests for the full group experience, but we can design smaller intimate hen parties too. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and venue. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event receive a 50% credit toward a future booking. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. We also offer a flexible rescheduling policy for weather-related or travel disruptions. Deposits start from as low as 540 MAD for proposals.

No. We pride ourselves on complete transparency. Your quote includes all setup, decor, food, beverages, staffing, and on-site coordination. The only extras are optional add-ons you choose (photography, live music, camel rides, etc.) and are clearly priced upfront. VAT and service charges are already included in all our prices.
Yes, subject to availability. We accept last-minute bookings with a minimum of 48 hours' notice for intimate setups and 5 days' notice for larger group events. A rush fee of 300 MAD applies for bookings made within 72 hours of the event date. We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for the best venue and vendor selection.
Our Agafay Desert picnic package includes: luxury seating (floor cushions, low tables, or sofas), bohemian decor with fresh flowers and candles, a gourmet 3-course meal (Moroccan-French fusion), chilled bottled water and soft drinks, tableware and glassware, shaded canopy or umbrella, setup and teardown, and on-site host coordination. Transport from Marrakech can be arranged for an additional 400 MAD round-trip for up to 4 persons.
